Lilli is an independent consultant, producer and facilitator, working at the intersections of culture, climate and change. She is currently p/t Director of Theatre Green Book, supporting the performing arts sector to transition to net zero, and works with a wide range of cultural and creative organisations and programmes towards a transformative future.
Before going freelance in 2024, she was Deputy Director of the Creative Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC), where she delivered the first four State of the Nations reports. As Director of independent funder Jerwood Arts for five years, she channelled £10 million of funding to over 1000 early-career artists from all art forms across the UK, as well as designing and delivering sector-change and artist development programmes such as the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries. Recent clients for policy, research and project work include the British Fashion Council and Creative Innovation Fashion Network, West Midlands Combined Authority, Creative UK, People Make It Work and Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
Lilli started her career in think tanks, before co-founding HighTide and becoming a theatre producer. She spent five years at the Almeida under Rupert Goold where she took shows such as Chimerica, Ghosts & Charles III into the West End, and two formative years at Arts Council England where she pioneered sustainability reporting.
Lilli is Co-Chair of Fuel Theatre and a Trustee of Projekt Europa, an Advisor on the Leadership Group of What Next?, a mentor with Arts Emergency, a Speaker for Schools and an Ambassador for the Mayor of London’s Cultural Leadership Board.
