Paines Plough is looking for a bold and fiercely curious Literary Manager to join our team.
This brand new role is designed to expand and enrich our literary capacity and deepen our engagement with writers across the UK. The Literary Manager will work closely with the Joint Artistic Directors and the wider producing team to identify, develop, and champion new playwriting talent, and help to shape the creative direction of Paines Plough.
You will play a key role in reading and evaluating scripts, identifying writers for the company to commission and develop and supporting writer development across our artistic programme.
