We are looking to hire a Creative Associate to join the team at Paines Plough over the summer and autumn period.
The Creative Associate will support the Artistic team to drive forward creative projects. You will engage with the writing community across the UK and work with artists on attachment to deliver their best work, as well as contributing to the wider strategic direction of Paines Plough.
You will take an active role in welcoming new writers to Paines Plough and develop future connections to lead to exciting and bold productions for theatres around the country.
This role will support Paines Plough’s artistic, literary and producing teams over a six month period whilst one of the Joint Artistic Director’s is on maternity leave.
