Aysha joined Paines Plough in September 2013 as General Manager. In 2016, Aysha launched a series of General Management workshops aimed to demystify roles within the theatre industry, and in particular general management and administration.
Prior to joining Paines Plough Aysha was Client Accounts Assistant at Curtis Brown and worked at The Lyric Hammersmith for three years, joining as Administrative Assistant and eventually becoming Finance Manager. Aysha has also worked with Northern Broadsides Theatre Company and at Soho Theatre.
Aysha has a Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management degree from LIPA (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts). Whilst completing her degree she spent some time working for the Brisbane Arts Festival and producing a show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
