Assistant Director

Anna is currently a Live Lab associate artist at Live Theatre.
Her next projects include working as associate director on New Writing North's rural touring show MAN ON THE MOON and as assistant director on Music In The Minster's community opera project, MIRACLE, which is an original opera written by David Almond.

Most recently Anna directed RENDEZVOUS in Live Theatre's main house and which ran for two weeks throughout June 2015. She also recently directed Josh Coates' one man show GET YOURSELF TOGETHER with support from the Royal Exchange, which is part of the autumn 15 season at Camden's Peoples Theatre. She graduated from Northumbria University in 2014 and began working as assistant director on Paddy Campbell's WET HOUSE on it's revival at Live and the subsequent tour.

Anna also directed on the previous Live Lab 10 MINS TO... projects and was assistant director on The GB Project (Live Theatre and Northern Stage @ St Stephens), TALLEST TALES FROM THE FURTHEST FOREST (Northern Stage) and collaborative productions between Northern Stage and Northumbria University Enron and States Of Descent. Anna is working with local theatre maker Caroline Liversidge, on one woman show A LIVING, for which they were recipients of a North East Artist Development Bursary.
